# Creating overlay for PmodAD5

I am trying to create an overlay for the PmodAD5.

Here is my block design in Vivado 2018.2

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to connect the pmod\_out?

I tried building the base overlay to use as a reference but vivado got stuck and never finished building.

Okay I just figured out you can click on the board tab to find the outputs 😅  
Now time to see if I can get the overlay working in Jupyter… 🤞
