Allocation problem on run time (pynq 2.7)

Hi @marioruiz,

I ran into a similar problem with memory allocation in PYNQ2.7 and was wondering if there is a solution. Is this problem solved in PYNQ3.0?

Basically every time a memory is allocated and freed up, the size of the free system memory is decrementing. Repeating this experiment many times leads to a system crash where it runs out of free memory. Please see the screenshot below
