BaseOverlay Missing

Greetings,
I am using PYNQ with Xilinx ZC706 Board. When I Try to import the BaseOverlay I get the following error.

The Board is running well with the PYNQ image and i can run any Python code on it but I can’t use the base Overlay.
The List of files on the board is attached.
