Hi,
as someone tried to connect an external SSD drive to ZCU104 board running pynq via USB connector/USB hub?
Does it work (as should) or did you face any problem?
Thanks

I think @PeterOgden tried this; maybe he can comment.
I’ve successfully used a M.2 SSD in the expansion slot on the board without trouble - this one in particular.
USB solutions should work as well - we include drivers for any class-compliant hardware - but I’ve not tried anything on that front beyond USB memory sticks

Hi @PeterOgden and thanks for your answer. Which size of that sdd drive model did you use ?
The 120 GB one.
Thanks!
Hi PeterOgden,
can you please share the steps to add the M.2 SSD to ZCU104. I have the drive and I have plugged it into the board. but I cannot see the drive when I type the lsblk command on the terminal.
should I install drivers (how ?) are there any other kernel commands or setting that I should do before I will be able to mount the SSD ? Please help !
