PYNQ 2.5 - SDBuild Error due to JupyterLab at bionic.arm.stage.2


I’m currently trying to rebuild a v2.5 PYNQ image for the Eclypse-Z7 using Vivado and Petalinux under version 2019.1. I’m using a virtual machine under Ubuntu 18.04 hosted on a remote server.

I already do ./, source Vivado and source Petalinux. When I run make BOARDS=Eclypse-27, it took approximately two hours to complete gcc-mb phase, then bionic.arm.stage1 went through but I got an error at bionic.arm.stage2 that i can’t get rid of…
