PYNQ v2.5 build failed for zedboard

I used Ubuntu18.04 + Vivado 2019.1 + Petalinux2019.1 to build PYNQ v2.5 SD image for Zedboard followed instruction - PYNQ-2.4 for Zedboard v2018.3
but I got errors when building SD card image:

I checked my network, added public key of ports.ubuntu.com, and tried many times, but didn’t work. Anyone can help me? :sob:
