I would like to point out an issue:
Modulator posted STEP 3D CAD is not aligned with the latest purchase board.
As we can see here:
However, the actual board:
It is sure below 11mm, hences using such STEP model to create PMOD board will ends up very wrong.
If measurement is correct on my side, the actual center to center PMOD distance is 0.4inch = 10.16 mm
