RFsoc 4*2 (RF Analyzer application issue)

Hey Folks,
i am trying to do spur analysis for rfsoc 4*2 board, i thought to use RF analyzer application for whole chain analysis, but when i am trying to do the setup with board<-> RF Analyzer application, i am getting below mentioned error.

It appears that there’s some issue accessing the board over JTAG. Are you able to do this from Vivado?

This question is better suited for the AMD community forums, as there’s nothing inherently related to PYNQ in it.
