I want to output a signal at 2GHz to a DAC via QICK and check the output from the ADC via a loopback connection. I want to check the signal waveform like on an oscilloscope. or want to measure frequency of signal. If you know how to implement it, please let me know. have a nice day!

For PYNQ, a Spectrum Analyzer is one of the designs included in the PYNQ image for the RFSoC 4x2. It would allow you to do the loopback testing/test externally as you describe.
