Please suggest me best pynq board for image processing using python
This is hard to make a recommendation without more context on your background.
Two options:
PYNQ-Z2 (low cost ZYnq with HDMI in/out to PL + PS USB for e.g. USB camera)
Kria KV260 (Zynq Ultrascale+, Displayport out, camera interfaces to PL)
