Are there Board Support Package or base PetaLinux Project for the PYNQ-Z2 board?
Do I prefer Pynq or PetaLinux? My end application is to get an ethernet interface on pynq-z2.

You can create a BSP in Petalinux using an XSA from a PYNQ-Z2 design.

No, we do not provide BSP for this board, as @ggillett, you can create the BSP from the XSA file that is generated when the base overlay is exported.
