This question seems to have been asked in another forum, but there was no direct answer. The iop_arduino clearly states it can be used to control Arduino/chipKIT GPIOs through the dedicated Microblaze. However, looking at the iop_arduino source, it’s only for Arduino pins (0-19) even though the chipKIT pins (26-41) are routed/present via the XDC file.
Do I need to modify the base overlay to get those chipKIT pins to be controlled also by the Arduino Microblaze IOP? Is there code already written so the Ardunio Microblaze can control the ChipKIT pins as well? The only option I see is to modify the Vivado base project somehow to get these pins included.
