Well, I think I’ve solved it. Running the set_xrf_clks function was, for some reason, not programming the CLK104 board correctly. I found a similar problem mentioned in another post, which ended in the fine folks from KIT producing a github repo specifically for this board and this problem. I did some debugging on that and made some other minor changes, and now it’s working! I’ve pushed these changes to a fork. Included in these fixes are some errors that were thrown at me as well as a solution to problems that others have also come across.
