i have rfsoc 4X2 sdr i want to convert it into 5g base station to create 5 g test bench for my algorithm .is there any framework work that can support rfsoc 4x2 sdr . or is there any blog or we web material that i can refer.

There are a few open source LTE software frameworks you can try such as SRS and, as you mention, OAI. None of these have official RFSoC support though, as far as I’m aware.
SRS do have a blog post about using the RFSoC ZCU111 as a UE, but not a base station.
The biggest hurdle for this would be to get the software to speak to the RF-DCs. This would likely involve writing a custom driver for SRS or OAI and recompiling the software yourself.
As both projects are open-source, you should be able to reach out to their communities for advice on doing this.
