How to use mmio

I can;t use mmio in pynq,for AFinterface ，how could I read and write data to address 0x44A40000.
I try to read and write to other address ,is works.But in our AFinterface,which locate at 0x44A40000,it can’t work.

I wonder why you have put that segment into the iop_arduino memory space. It should be in ps7 memory space.

I did it,I choose agin,it work!!!
YES!!!We should connect the IP in ps directly.WEmust remember to change it when use auto connection in block design!!!
