RFSoC 4x2: USB host and USB Device NOT working

Just to close the loop on this - USB 3.0 is working correctly for me after changing the PYNQ 3.1.1 device tree from this PR:

device tree fix for usb3 on rfsoc4x2 (#60)

I also came across this post from a while back that has a link to the modified 3.0.1 image that Real Digital ships with their boards, which should also have working USB 3.0:

I had this same problem using the version 3.0.1 and also the newer version 3.1.1 from PYNQ supported boards and PYNQ pre-built images | PYNQ. Curiously, it didn’t seem to effect using the PYNQ servers over the USB3 cable, but I did not do any excessive testing. After going around with people at RealDigital, I finally got the answer: there’s a new USB chip I think for the usb3 port, and RealDigital had to make a patch to 3.0.1. I’m not sure if there’s also a hardware issue on earlier revisions, or if the error described above was only in the old schematics, but fixed before the board layout was completed… but worth looking into if the above fixes don’t work for you.
