I’m trying to run the RFSoC-SAM notebook for the spectrum analyzer, and I’m stuck on this step for more than 20mins:
Is there anything that could cause the RFSoC-SAM overlay initialization to hang this long?
I’m using a ZCU48DR (RFSoC 4x2) board.
Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated.

Welcome to the PYNQ community!
I’ve not run into this issue before. Do you see similar issues with any other notebooks/demos?
It could be an issue with the image, the SD card, or maybe an issue when installing the demo. I would recommend reinstalling the PYNQ image on a new SD card and downloading the demo again.
