[ZCU104] Chip2Chip communication

Hi, I’m trying on C2C between ZCU104(master) and KC705(slave).

The problem I’m having is when connecting FMC cable on the board, the hardware manager shuts down with following error.

[Labttolstcl 44-513] HW Target shutdown. Closing target: ~

Have anyone encountered and solved this problem?

Hi @JW_L

Could you explain with more detail what you mean by “connecting FMC cable on the board”? In general, you shouldn’t connect anything to a powered on board, unless it’s a plug’n play connector such as USB.

Hi, Pat.

I’m trying Chip2Chip between two boards.

There is a example of Chip2Chip between two KC705 boards.

Is there a way to avoid the error?
