I have Vivado 2019.1 version and Vivado HLS as well. Can anyone suggest what version of image would be compatible for ZCU 104 board wrt deep learning models (tensor flow) considering Vivado versions please.

It is 2.5, I strongly suggest you move to the latest PYNQ version.
