Invalid LTX file version - Pynq z2

I am working on a Pynq z2, trying to recreate a streaming video pipeline through hdmi. In order to do so, I was following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPzkvM54QB8&t=460s

The problem shows when I try to auto connect the board and it gives me

this error: [Designutils 20-2514] Invalid LTX file version.

I used vivado 2018.3, 2019.2, I also used Pynq’s image 3.0.1 and 2.7 but the error occours anyway.
I don’t know what to do since there are no topics about this specific error, no data about this “LTX file” which I didn’t find inside the entire project.

I am sure I have connected the board properly as well as followed the entire video perfectly, but this problem doesn’t go away. I need help understanding what this could be.

It is useless to show you my bitstream or my design since it is exactly the same as the video I linked in this post. For any further questions don’t mind asking me.

Hi @andrea_nisco,

This issue seems to be related with the Vivado hardware manager. You may be better off asking this question on the Xilinx forums.
