When I download the XDC file for PYNQ Z1 - I dont see any pinouts for Ethernet. There is a Realtek Chip on board. What am I missing ?

Welcome to the PYNQ community.
The Ethernet is connected to the PS, not the PL, hence it is not part of the XDC file.
