is there any method of connecting an ethernet cable on the Pmod of the PYNQ Z2 for me to get two ethernet internet interface ?
any advice is welcomed.

Ethernet will be much slower on the pmod side. It is not recommended.
You can try to use the onboard realtek ethernet IC for ethernet capabilities.
By the way, are you planning to implement ethernet on the PL side or the PS side of the Zynq FPGA chip?
