Rebuilding the base overlay

Hello I am trying to build the overlay but getting an error regarding the HLS IP.
Initially completed running source build_ip.tcl after this running source base.tcl encountered with the following error:

ERROR: [BD::TCL 103-2012] The following IPs are not found in the IP Catalog:
xilinx.com:hls:trace_cntrl_64:1.4 xilinx.com:hls:trace_cntrl_32:1.4 xilinx.com:hls:color_convert:1.0 xilinx.com:hls:pixel_pack:1.0 xilinx.com:hls:pixel_unpack:1.0

Have you checked you are using the correct version of Vivado?

Have you applied this patch?
