RFSoC4x2 Not Turning On

We are facing a weird problem: We have an RFSoC4x2 which we were using without any problems on and off for more than a year. Today, after a similar experimental test, we turned it off, moved it to a different workstation, plugged it back into power (same power cord, etc.), and tried to turn it on. Strikingly, it did not start the booting action, and, instead, all it does is to do the things listed below:

  • SEQ_OK LED turns ON.
  • VIO LED turns ON.
  • RF_LDO LED turns ON.
  • 0V85 & 1V2 LEDs blink with approximately 1 second periods (with a slight time difference between the two LEDs; 0V85 leads).

What can be the problem? And, most importantly, is it something solvable (hopefully)?

I encountered kind of the same issue except my VIO LED blinks with approximately a 1-second period simultainiously with a click sound coming from the fan, and the other voltage LEDs (0V85, 1V2, …) don’t turn on.

Did you receive any help from the support yet?
