What sets of licenses are required to build the base overlay for RFSoC 4x2

If I want to rebuild the base overlay, or build it after slight modification, what sets of licenses do I need?

Welcome to the PYNQ community.
You need a Vivado ML Enterprise Edition to rebuild the base overlay, or to build any overlay for this board. Vivado ML Enterprise
