I have a PYNQ-Z1 and have no direct access to a hard-wired ethernet port. I had to take a ASUS RT-AC66U B1 and configure it as a repeater. If you search on the forum you will find plenty of information about getting data on the user’s computer. When you use JupyterLab you are effectively doing this.

You can also consider a server/client application model.
