Cannot access file through windows10

Hello

I can ping my pynq board and I can access the file on my board through jupiter notebook but I cannot access file on PYNQ through windows explorer
I tried \pynq\xilinx and \192.168.2.99\xilinx but it have no acess , it return an error “”

Any idea ?

Try map this path as a drive. When you map the drive, you need to add the credentials for the PYNQ board user/password= xilinx
