As you can see, my co-simulation has been running like this for over 2 hours. What could be the possible causes and how may I resolve it?
This isn’t a PYNQ issue. Please check/post on Xilinx forums.
Large designs can take a long time to run. There could also be an issue with your testbench/your code.

The co-sim runs perfectly on smaller datasets. So, I guess it rules out the possibility of an error.
