Is it possible to connect and run the Raspberry Pi v2 camera using Pynq on the Kria KV260 development board, and how can it be done? Any help is appreciated. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi,
Not at the moment, only the Digilent Pcam5C is supported.
For the Raspverry Pi camera you will need an overlay that supports such camera and the driver to interact with the camera.
