Booting from SD-card

Hello, I’ve a pynq-z2. The problem is that it wouldn’t boot from an SD card.
i tried different SD-cards, all working in an other pynq-Z2. the cable has changed also but this is still not working. We have checked that the jumpers are in the right place. when I open putty to get serial connection there is only the green dot lighting up but the programme won’t start to login for serial connection.Also when i connect the pynq-z2 to my laptop only the red led is flashing.

I can load a programme to my pynq-Z2 by vivado, here is not a problem. has anyone a solution or what i can try?

We have checked that the jumpers are in the right place.

It sounds like the board is faulty.

sorry for the late response, Bought a new board and it’s working. the board was faulty like you said.
