MicroSD card for Pynq-Z2 (OS don't see it)

I want to use it and bought MicroSDHC 16GB, but my windows or Ubuntu don’t see such drive, only device(in device manager) but drive letter don’t appear. Maybe smbd know the reason? Thanks

Are you plugging the SD card into an SD card reader directly connected to your computer?

I didn’t check SD card separately.
I just put microSD into slot which is on Pynq-Z2

If you are inserting the Micro-SD card into the PYNQ-Z2 board, why would you expect to be able to see it on a Windows or Ubuntu computer?
